Purity Device remixes... We're getting the last of the submissions for Remix/Reform this week and mastering next week if all goes to plan. Got some great stuff so far! I'm well excited about this :)

... This was up on SoundCloud last week, heard the first couple of tracks before I got distracted. Sounding good though, hopefully MES will keep the current line-up for a while. (Did you ever see that article where they'd calculated that he'd had over 100 band members and they tried to track some of them down... think the most famous was Mark Radcliff). Stroppy bastard but you need a few characters in this game eh? :)

It's very much Mark's band but he says in his book that he likes to keep it fresh and when people get ideas above their station they have to go.

Excellent! They're awesome tracks too, as usual. His tribute to the BBC Radiophonic Workshop was well mad; he had something like twenty-five BOSS pedals linked to the Chimera BC8 (little round synthesizer at the bottom of the photo).

Yeah, Chris is well into that stuff, check his Flickr account for table and tables of gadgets/pedals. He twittered that he really liked MFRA, was pretty chuffed with that :)

Relapxych.0 - Ripples on the Surface of Space and Time
Atheus - Soundscapes and Drones
Chris Watson - Cima Verde

former two releases I've just received from the lovely interstellarsounds.co.uk shop.

Heaven 17. heard their 30th year anniversary concert the other day, and it made me pull out their albums.
